Shipping Policy

All items are made fresh to order. Please allow 3-5 days for baking and delivery. Orders are processed immediately and no cancellations are accepted.

All orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail or FedEx (depending on where you live) to ensure your item arrives intact and with minimal handling. We will provide tracking information once your item has shipped. We recommend that you receive your package within the allotted timeframe. Regardless of whether or not an ice pack is used, packages left in the mailbox for extended periods of time may melt. Elena Myers is not responsible for any damage caused by the mail carrier. However, if your order is defective or damaged due to our negligence, we will promptly replace it.
