Thank you for browsing our store. Food items cannot be returned. However, if your order is defective or damaged due to our negligence, we will promptly replace it. In this case, please contact us immediately at Support@ElenaMyers.shop. Elena Myers is not responsible for any damage caused by the mailer.
We recommend that you receive your package at any time. Regardless of whether or not an ice pack is used during shipping, packages left in the mailbox for extended periods of time can cause them to melt. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx (depending on where you live) to ensure your order arrives intact and with minimal handling.
