How quickly do you ship?

All orders are made fresh and shipped immediately before delivery. Baking typically takes 3-5 days, sometimes less. We ship via UPS or FedEx on Mondays/Tuesdays, depending on where you live. We prefer shipping early in the week to avoid weekend delays at shipping centers and minimize the risk of heat waves.

Can I place an order in advance for a birthday, party/event, or any other reason?

Of course! At the bottom of the shopping cart page, click the black "Select Ship Date" button. You can then select a shipping date up to 365 days in advance.

I'm looking for a college that's not listed on your website. Can you help me find it?

If your college isn't listed on our college-themed pretzels, feel free to email or call us. We may have your school colors and can make them to your specifications. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

How long do pretzels stay fresh?

They stay fresh for 3-4 weeks in their original packaging or in an airtight container. Always keep at room temperature and away from heat.

Is there anything special I should do with my pretzels?

If you're ordering pretzels for gifts or for yourself, please open the box and enjoy them.

If you're ordering pretzels for a party, we recommend handling the pretzels as little as possible before the event. The more you handle the pretzels, the more likely the sprinkles will fall off. We pack them very carefully.

Can I place a last-minute order?

If you're ordering on a tight deadline, please be sure to contact us by email or phone before ordering to confirm we can accommodate your schedule.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, yes, yes! Feel free to contact us by email or phone to discuss your custom pretzel order needs.

Are your products gluten-free?

Currently, our products are gluten-free.

Are your pretzels nut-free?

All of our snacks are made in kitchens that process dairy, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, eggs, and wheat.

How do you ship them to prevent them from melting?

We check the weather conditions for each order the week it's shipped. If the expected temperature at the delivery address is near 70 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 21 degrees Celsius), we'll provide a free ice pack.

In addition, after your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with a tracking number so you can track your order and find out the estimated delivery time. We recommend that you arrange for someone to receive your package. Any time a package sits in a mailbox or outside a door, it can melt, even with an ice pack.

What if my order is slightly melted?

Your order will arrive beautifully gift-boxed and placed in a shipping box. Place the inner gift box (not the shipping box) in the refrigerator for half an hour. The chocolate will harden and be ready to eat!
